A small part of m wants to say yes. This is assumin you can fit the 240mm Raditor and the fans and clear the top of the motherbaord! Otherwise yes if the clearance issue isnt there then it should fit fine. My guess is try to find out how much space you have from the edge of your mobo to the top of the case fromt he inside. What this can help with is that you can get how thick the radiator and fans are while attached to each other and measure the radiators thickness and one of the fans thickness (usually around like 35mm).

That being said for example if the radiator is 40mm thick and the fans are 35mm thick then you might...
Usually a case with a 200mm fan at the top can be switched for 2x120mm fans. That being said if the H100i is a 240mm raditor I dont see why it cant fit unless you have a clearance issue to the motherboard. With my old Storm styker I fit CM Seidon 240m I just had to mount the radiator on the opposite side of the on top under the top panel, and the radiator on the inside. So it depends on how the top is designed other scenario is the front of the case but you don't want to use up drive bays to fit a 240mm raditors in the front it's just wasting valuable space in your case.

Well here are the specs of HAF 912 Advanced http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid-tower/haf-912-advanced/ there is a picture with a radiator so i gues i could fit it ?

In the specs it reads "support for external radiator and 120mm fans" in the image it shows them on the outside sitting the top of the case which is of course ugly something that has a top panel cover like the storm trooper or storm stryker would at least house the radiator on the inside and the fans externally at the top on the outside and the top panel cover would of course make it look better since it covers the exposed fans at the top.

Yes but since its on the back of the case i wont see it when the pc is in my desk but i agree it would be better if it was on the inside

That being said for example if the radiator is 40mm thick and the fans are 35mm thick then you might want to make sure you have a 75mm clearance heck preferrably 80mm (3.15" looks like it might have it in the picture but too hard to tell for sure) so its not like right on top of your mobo. Mine was sitting right on top and it fit fine but managing cables was a royal pain in the rear! Main reason I just got a 120mm liquid cooling system and just mounted on the rear exhuast LOL sold my Seidon 240m to a friend. Honestly if the clearance is good though then I say it should be just fine. Anyhow hope this helps you out bud!
