What's the problem?

The spark?

You mean it didn't spart before 11/19 or you didn't notice?

Do you flip the mains switch often? If so, why?

the spark was not there before 11-2019
yes i switch power on and off on psu at night. because switching off from wall socket switches off the WI-fi too router and PC share same socket that is why. anyway the psu was replaced by corsair service center in two weeks
my pc is up and running nice and dandy no more sparks.

Why are you switching off your PC at night? You should just shut down in Windows and leave the PC in standby. I still don't know why you're using the switch on the PSU every night to shut down. That's not how ATX was designed to work.
