Will Corsair VS Series VS450 be okay for this build?

The problem is i cant spend much on the PSU

the key to a good psu is going with one with either seasonic or super flower internals. will the vs explode on you, no probably not, and it might function perfectly, but when it comes to the component that will power all of your other components theres no reason to cheap out. especially considering excellent psus can be had for little more(depending on were you are).

Yeah well I found a Seasonic one which has 430w continuous supply and 80+ bronze.
