will D3D 12 come on windows 8.1

so as the topic says what all os will dx 12 come on. I heard Microsoft has a 2-4 year free service plan for windows 10 and so am reluctant to upgrade from my win 8.1. So will it come on win 8.1?????

no, as far as microsoft has announced direct x 12 will be exclusive to windows 10.
