Yes. DDR2 is just the short name for DDR2 SDRAM.

Normal DDR2? As opposed to... abnormal DDR2? The memory has to match what the MB was designed to accept. According to the specs you just posted, the board accepts 533Mhz DDR2 memory.

Always buy memory in matched pairs when populating both slots of a dual channel system.
