Will DDR4 16 GB 2133 work on dell 7567

Not sure. By JEDEC standard all DDR4 will run at the base standard speed of 2133 MHz.

So physically it has to work.

But I find it interesting that in the manual it specifically states only 2400 MHz RAM so there could be a BIOS incompatibility introduced by the designers to restrict RAM speeds.

My question after this is why you would want to use 2133 MHz over 2400 MHz, it will be slower. Be aware that if you mix 2133 MHz with 2400 MHz the system will downclock the 2400 MHz to 2133 MHz.
