Question Will Deepcool Gammaxx 400 fit in Asus TUF H310 plus Mobo without any congestion ?

I'm planning to build a PC and finalized components within my budget..

Intel i5 9400f
Asus Tuf H310 plus ( 2 RAM Slots only)
Corsair lpx 2x8gb
RTX 2060 or GTX 1660 ti
Cooler master MB511
1TB HDD and 500gb ssd
Antec 550w gold pro

As the Intel stock cooler is not good and due to high temp in summers in my place around 42'c. I decided to buy DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX 400 to cool it somewhat lower..

My Question is as Asus Tuf H310 plus length is quite small with only 2 RAM Dimms... When I use 2 RAM sticks as dual channel,will cpu cooler able to fit without any congestion or will it come close to RAM making it hard to place..?

Also, being small factor,will Asus TUF H310 plus Gaming is a good choice interms of stability and durability for i5 9400f and RTX 2060 considering PC is only for gaming for about 6-8 hours and occasional video editing..?

LPX is a lower profile ram. So you won't have issues with the cooler.

It has Heatspreaders right?
Is the Motherboard good for handling 9400f and RTX 2060 in longer run because this build is purely for gaming and will run for hours of gaming..

Yes with a decent cooler like the 400 it will be fine.
