Will deleting backgroundTaskHost.exe & BackgroundTransferHost.exe cause any damage to my PC?

I have a Dell Inspiron 7459 and it's CPU fan is just too loud.

I heard that 2 processes (mentioned above) causes high CPU usage and could be the cause of the loud fan noise on my PC, the option was to delete these 2 processes but I'm not sure if it's safe to do so.

If I delete these 2 processes, will anything happen to my PC such as fail to boot or the desktop features won't work properly? Plus what do these 2 processes even do?

They are both parts of windows update. I expect if you delete them they will be recreated next time you start or it will say access denied as they likely controlled by Trustedinstaller which is the "user" which windows uses to run your PC.

deleting random processes cause you heard they cause high CPU when they aren't actually doing it on your PC (since you didn't way they are, just you heard they can) isn't the answer. Look in task manager and see what is using it. And then google the name of the process and see if you can stop it. But don't delete them, they can be disabled just as easily.

If they are using lots and you don't have the new update to windows 10 that came out last week, they are probably downloading it in the...
