Will Desktop Computer Get Damaged From Cold While In Car?

I know this question a has been asked before but I haven't seen a sufficient answer. So I left my desktop computer (no peripherals or monitor) in the trunk of my car for a month, during the winter time (still pretty cold these days even though snow has melted). So my question is, will it have been damaged, if so, how bad do you think it is? If not, how would I go about safely turning it on without damaging anything?

Solution
Or you could leave it enclosed but place some desiccant packages on the bottom of the case. I would do this esp if where I lived had high humidity.

Put it in the house panels off of it for at least a week. It will have condensation in it and will need to dry out.

Sorry, I don't really understand what you mean by "house panels off," can you please explain that?

I will try enclosing it with some plastic bags then.

Oh, thanks for clearing that up, unfortunately I won't be able to.

I don't have liquid cooling, but I fear for the electrical components still being damaged.

Hopefully all goes well and I was wondering if I could use a blow dryer to speed up the drying process?

NO! That blow dryer is going to generate TONS of static electricity, same as a vacuum cleaner!

I use to work part time in a freezer storage wharehouse we had a PC for orders in the freezer -20 f. Cold is not a concern it's the possibility of moisture that could refreeze as well as corrode. To avoid that put the PC in a bag and add silicone packets or moisture control packets you can find at any hardware store for storing things in damp places. Since you already have made the mistake you should open up the case and verify you have no corrosion, if your good then put some silicone packets or damp rid in the case and let it sit until your ready to use the PC. Trunks make for bad storage the are not airtight and circulate air with the cab.
