Will Diablo 3 run in constant 60 frames per second with this specs?

CPU:Core i5 3550 3,4 ghz
GPU:GTS 450 1 GB DDR 3
PSU:550 WAT PRO
RAM:8 GB DDR3 1666 MHZ
So I wonder if I can play d3 on maxed settings with this specs with vsync on at constant 60 frames?

The processor is more than sufficient, however the video card is a little on the weak side.. Its going to depend on what resolution you play in I think.

That video card is on the list, apparently its good for medium settings if I'm reading it correctly.
