Yes, as it is, everything is compatible and will work.

If you can find a 2400MHz RAM (which usually is just almost the same price), that would be my only suggestion (note that 2400MHz is the max. speed your CPU/MB can support). The rest looks good - opens up possibilities for future upgrades.
