The parts are all compatible. That power supply is not a good unit however and if I was you I wouldn't trust it in a new build. If you upgraded the motherboard to an A88x chip you'll get PCIE 3.0 and additional lanes, SATA III instead of II and USB 3.0 support, in other words it is more up to date.
