Will EVGA GTX 650 Ti 2GB work with ASUS P5N-D motherboard?

I want to purchase a new GPU. Currently, I am running a 1GB GTS 250, but looking for more memory and speed. I am uncertain as to whether or not my motherboard will smoothly run this PCIe 3.0 card, as I only have PCIe 2.0 slots.
Any advice?

Here are my specs:

- Asus P5N-D 750i w/ 8GB RAM
- Most current BIOS
- Core 2 Quad Q9650 3.0ghz
- EVGA GTS 250 1GB
- 750w PSU
