Will Fan Cables Reach The Fan Controller?

So basically im building a pc for the first time and I'm planning on having 3 Corsair Air Series AF120 Quiet Edition fans at the font like this

I will have a fan controller behind where the motherboard is but since I'm absolutely clueless and this is my first time building I'm not sure if the fan cables are and if they will reach the fan controller.

The case is a Fractal Design Define S
The build in that video is very similar to what I'm doing but he has custom cables so im not 100% sure anymore.

You should be fine I don't have a fan controller but I have long cables on my fans that reach across my motherboard. If you want to play it safe they make fan cable extenders you can buy cheap online. Maybe something like this.
