So i just bought a new case and it has 4 rgb fans that came with molex and in beetween molex its 3pin connectors.I know that i can connect molex for 100% fan speed but i want to regulate it.
My motherboard is https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B450M-PRO-M2-MAX and it has 1 cpu fan header and 1 system fan header thats 4 pin. I want to buy a 4 pin fan hub ( https://www.kupujemprodajem.com/kom...a-ventilatore-opleten-kabl35cm/oglas/88340039 ). So my question is: Will i be able to regulate the speed of 4 fans(with DC mode enabled)through the hub. Dont forget that the fans are 3pin and the hub and the mb header is 4 pin and i can enable DC in my MB BIOS.

Solution
Yes, but I would not put more than 3 fans on hub until you verify actual current you will use.
i.e... each fan full load current .25 - .32 typical, motherboards 1 amp typical. Add fan amps to determine max current.
.32a per fan times 3 = .96 amps, max for most MB's.
Fans will have current listed in specs or on label, MB should also list max current for system fan.
