Will faster memory improve intel hd graphics 4600 / i5 4690s

I have seen it suggested that faster system memory (ie. DDR3 1300 vs DDR3 1866, or faster) will improve the performance of Intel's integrated graphics. I will have the i5 4690s CPU with Intel's HD Graphics 4600 and 8 Gbs of ram. And if it does improve the performance, how much does it improve it, do you think it would be worth it?

Not enough to play a game.

Spend the money on a better GPU instead.
Even a $100 GPU would about double your performance.
$100 worth of RAM would only gain you a few %
