Will Fifa 15 run at high settings at Intel HD 4600 along with 2133MHz memory?

Hello,
I'm going to buy new PC. So far I don't have money for the GPU so I will use iGPU built-in Core i5. Here are main components I'm going to buy:
CPU Core i5 4460
MOBO MSI Z97 Gaming 3
RAM A-Data XPG V1.0 8GB 2133MHz CL10
I will run it on FullHD monitor.
I want to ask if on this PC can Fifa 15 run at HIGH settings? As I know, 2133MHz memory gives visible better experience in games in compare to 1600MHz, that'w why I chose Z97 MOBO.

No, the integrated graphics is far too weak to even play it on low.

The minimum requirements for FIFA 15 graphics wise are a GTX 650, and the intel graphics HD 4600 are far worse than that.
