I am playing games like gta v , cs go , paladins , bf4, bf1
And can i play them at high 60fps+

Solution
I think it's okay for now, but overtime as new games come out the FX 8300 will become the bottleneck. And with that being the bottleneck, there's very few CPUs you can upgrade to that will bring a big performance increase.

When you get to the point where the CPU starts to become the bottleneck, I recommend looking into AMD's new Ryzen series CPUs or looking into Intel. Overall i think you should be fine for a bit longer. But as new games come out it may be worth looking in to.

I do not know about games as don't play computer games. However, said components are well paired. There won't be any bottleneck between them. To be precise, there will be 2 to 5 percent bottleneck if you are going to use these components which is negligible margin. Go ahead with components.

It depends on the game (game engine). In my opinion, with modern games you would be OK with the fx8300 and rx470. Obviously, the fx has really weak single threaded performance, so with certain titles, you could lose 5-10% performance, but I guess it is totally acceptable.

As a reference you can find ample of rx480 analysis with the fx8370 following the link:

instead of wasting money on performance he would never see, a rx 470 would be a much better option and it is priced very well
