Sure, when it comes out in 3 or 4 years, should be fine...

Sarcasm aside, no one has any clue whatsoever what the system requirements will be, and won't for quite some time.

Usually the FX 8350 is good enough for current games. Witcher 3 runs fine on it and it will likely run on the same engine.

That said you won't get max framerate out of it. Also this assumes you have a GPU that can handle Ultra, and of course without true requirements being published this is all speculation.

Why not try the game yourself and then decide what to do?

I think the FX line is not much good for gaming any more.
Sooner or later you should plan on replacing it.
