Will FX-8370 bottleneck 2x GTX 970?

Hello everyone!

Currently i have the R9 290X and i would like to upgrade to SLI GTX 970 after christmas.
Would i experience any bottleneck in games, i mostly do gaming and browsing the internet lmao.
I have my FX-8370 overclocked to 4.3Ghz, if there is possible bottlenecks, would bumping it up to 4.8Ghz or even 5Ghz help?

I personally would wait for the next gen gpus because the 290x is pretty good card.. Yes your cpu will be the bottleneck in some games if you get 2 970's but I think it is a waste of money.. And yes Ocing would help some..

Thanks for the reply, however im not really going to wait 6 months or more tho for new gpus, but if there is launched new gpus beginning of next year i might buy it. However for now i might still choose sli gtx 970. I will do a good overclock 🙂

I can say 100% there will be a new gen of gpu's out within 6 months, Nvidia for 100% and AMD about 80% sure
