Will G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory with a CL of 8-8-8-24 work with my Intel Core i5-3570K?

i have just ordered G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory with a CL rating of 8-8-8-24 with a voltage of 1.5... my question is would this ram be compatible with my I5 3570k without the need for tweaking the bios on a ASRock Z77 Extreme6 motherboard?
