(sorry for my English)

Now I got a g4560 paired with a gtx 960 but 2gb is the limiting factor, I could get a gtx 970 2nd hand for a good price but I don't know if the bottleneck is too much or nah

Pd: I cannot get a 1000 series or rx cause I have vga monitor, I want a 1440p 144hz but is a lot of money now, next I would upgrade my cpu, maybe I will keep mobo and get a 7700 or no....

If I were in your position, I would go for it, and pair a GTX 970 (or 1060 6GB) to my G4560; I own that processor too. In many games you'll get 60 FPS, but for 144 FPS you'll definitely want at least a core i5-9400.

FYI: I'm about to do a similar upgrade on my backup rig w/ G4560 and upgrade from GTX 1050 Ti to a GTX 1060 6GB. I let family members use that machine, and they mostly play Fortnite on it, which is a well optimized game.

Important: The i5-9400 that I mentioned is apart of the soon-to-be-available 9th gen coffee lake refresh line; only the first three CPUs are available at the moment. Neither the 9th nor 8th gen CPUs are compatible with current motherboard, which is a shame because they are both 6 core, non hyperthreaded CPUs. However, the i5-7400 (or i5-7500) is a 4 core, non hyperthreaded CPU, which is indeed compatible. Not now, but by the time that you're ready to step up to 144 Hz gaming, you may want to consider upgrading motherboards to get the 9th gen processors or consider amd ryzen.
