Will Gainward geforce gtx 950 fit/work on ASUS P8H61-M LX

I want to upgrade from Nvidia gt 440 1gb to Gainward geforce gtx 950 2gb...

Should work fine. you'll need a single 6pin PCI express connector on your power supply for the GPU. 350W seems a little low, may not be adequate enough for your PC with the 950. I never heard of a 350W with a pci express connector.
