Pc specs,

Cpu - intel Core i5 7400
Gpu - zotac gtx 1050 ti
Ram - adata 4gb ddr4 x1
Psu - iball zps 281 (there is no mentioned max watts)

I have old samsung monitor with vga input so iam using hdmi to vga adapter/convertor...

I played several games like watchdogs , gta 5
( I tried gta 5 ultra settings there is no lagg but terrible shutter while driving car) etc,
With on screen fps , the fps drops little like 60 to 40 or 30(only sometimes) but there is terrible shutter while playing games each 3 seconds/ after a long 5 minute gameplay...

I have iball zps 281 psu i don't know its max watt output also not mentioned it in its body/sticker.... I checked online and it comes with 250 and 450 watts but i can't identify it...

Which part is causing the game shutter??? And how to fix it???

Under watted psu will cause gaming performance???

Also how to find out my psu max watts output???

Solution

Yes it can cause gaming issues. That is a 240V 450W PSU. https://www.amazon.in/iBall-Computer-Power-Supply-ZPS-281/dp/B01EN9LFLQ

It's a piece of junk that is allowing you to dance with the devil, in a manner of speaking. It's a bottom-end unit. That PSU, if it fails, can fail catastrophically, like any other PSU and if it does it can also fry your other components which isn't like every other PSU. You are endangering your components by using that PSU. The +12V rail says 11A(multiply voltage in(12) by amps(11A)). That means that can delver an astonishing 132W( continuously. Your system needs considerably more than that. There is nothing right about using that PSU. While you may not have any money to upgrade the PSU it can cost you your 7400, the motherbard etc..

Which PSU can be used for this system?

You should use any branded PSU, for example Corsair, EVGA etc. It is important to spend more money on a PSU to make sure you are getting a quality component.

An ATX PSU. That's the design type. You've seen a few of the brand names already. If you offer a budget and region(general area where you live)we could offer a specific PSU. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139202&cm_re=550W-_-17-139-202-_-Product is an option.

Assassins creed 3 - ultra settings - 60 fps smooth

Assassins creed 4 - ultra settinga - 40 fps but stuttering ,( but in recommended settings i got 60 fps)

Assassins creed syndicate - ultra settings gives 40 , 30 fps but stuttering( even stuttering with recommended settings)

Nfs mw 2012 , nfs rivals - constant 60fps

Watch dogs 60fps in recommended settings but stuttering while driving car

Gta 4 - ultra settings 50 , 40 fps no lags found normally

I have reinstalled nvidia driver now it seems quite smoother than before but not fixed stuttering

4 gb ram is enough or not for gaming??? Or i need another 4gb ram???

The recommended psu is not available in my country online shopping sites(india)

Is lag due to faulty graphics card??? If it is how to check faulty graphics card??

Recently i have restored my pc (before putting new graphics card) , after that i found my defragmentation not opening( not only this some other apps also i cant remember) it says task scheduler service not running i tried to start it on services but i cant start the service...(no options clickable) , tried sfc /scannow also but at last it says some thing is not fixed...

Do you have any other suggestions than psu changing ??? I f need iam going to change every component in my pc ... I just wanna play gamez
