Hello, I currently have a Geforce GT730 on my PC and working perfectly fine, and according to Geforce website this graphic card requires 300 minimum power supply and my pc provides 240W 85%, 240 92%. Since this graphic card is working well I thought then if i buy a Geforce GTX 1050Ti which also requires 300W it will work. Any thoughts?

Are you sure it is a 240W PSU in that mini tower? Dell usually uses the 240W for the SFF models and puts a 305W in the MTs. If possible either post a screenshot of the nameplate on the PSU, or list the +12V ratings.

The GT 730 is a 23W to 49W GPU depending on the model you have (DDR3/DDR5, 64 bit/128 bit)
The GTX 1050 Ti is a 75W card. I have a 1050 Ti running on my Optiplex 790 SFF with its tiny 240W PSU, but I do so at my own risk. Because the PSU's +12V rail is severely over loaded.

I won't be able to say if you don't provide me with the PSU nameplate info. Post a pic of the nameplate in that machine.
My 1050 Ti low-profile is easily able to be utilized at 100% usage with the Optiplex's i5-2400 CPU. So, no problem as to performance... as long as the PSU holds up.

I have added a zotak 1050 ti oc version and added it to my dell optiplex 7040 which has a 240 watt psu and have been enjoying triple a games at high settings in 1080p without any problems. There were many who advised me to go for the 750 ti but i said what the hell and went with the 1050 ti and never regretted my decision. Just remember to use a model that doesn't need external power.

I have a 7040 TM with a i7-6700, do you think it will still handle the 1050 ti?
