I Have (2x2)GB of Ram..
And Corsair VS450 450W PSU...

So Will This Graphic Card Work on My PC..

Yes it will work but most likely it will not run at its full potential with that old CPU.

Yes that is what is called. Some older GPU intensive games will run fine newer CPU intensive games it will not get all out of the GPU.
