Will GeForce GTX 750 Ti GDDR5 support my PC?

I'm planning on upgrading my PC by buying a new GPU (GeForce GTX 750 Ti).

Old PC specs are
MotherBoard: F2A28-DS2 DDR3
GPU: Radeon HD 7540D(built in)
Processor: AMD A6-5400k
RAM: 4gb DDR3

Im not good on Computers, i just wanna make sure about my Decision on buying.

if you don´t have an extra pci-e power plug from the power supply, get a 750ti without extra power connector. Then it would work.

eventually you will have to update the BIOS. Don´t flash it in windows, just use the integrated BIOS tool.

I have the OC version. I have PCI-e 3.0 x16.
