Gigabyte 970A-DS3P AMD 970 Motherboard be compatible with 1050? And will i need to buy windows disc after getting new cpu and motherboard?

Yes it has a PCIE X16 gen 2 which would be OK for a GTX 1050.

Yes after changing motherboard it's always best to do a clean install of Windows. I guess you'd need a new license though.
