Will Gigabyte return everything?

Hello, I have recently RMA'ed a Gigabyte motherboard. Accidentally, I sent everything back including the accessories. Will they give me the accessories back? I'm a first time builder and I am really worried about this since they said it accessories will be treated as "packing material".
So, will they pack the new motherboard in with the accessories or not?

They may ship a replacement motherboard from another location; replacement motherboards usually don't include accessories.

Did you contact Gigabyte to explain your mistake? They may be able to return the accessories. Finding I/O shields for recent motherboards isn't easy.

I did contact them and they said that they will try to give me the stuff back.
They said in two emails:
"Our policy does indicate not to ship in accessories with RMA, we will ship back what we receive.

Thank you"


"We may not be able to locate the whole kit of your accessory, however, we will try to collect everything we have on hand to return them along with it.
Thank you."

THEY RETURNED EVERYTHING!
I emailed them several times and called them once during the repair process and they did it!
AND MY COMPUTER WORKS NOW!
