Will gigabyte warranty a graphics card brand new i paid for off ebay?

i have recanty got a GIGABYTE GTX 1080 Windforce 8gb OC Gddr5x Graphics Card and wanted to know if gigabyte would warranty this since it is brand new and never used but i got it off ebay?

If the seller is a professional store and has sent you the invoice you can proceed as if you had bought it in a physical store.

If the seller is private and sent his original invoice, he can usually exercise the guarantee. But it may depend on the legislation of your country.
