Will gpu gtx 1050 ti gaming work with my motherboard

so I want to buy the gpu listed top and to be exact sure its "EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti GAMING 04G-P4-6251-KR 4GB GDDR5"
but wanted to check if it will work on my pc
I have a motherboard system manufacturer "Gigabyte technology Co,LTD"
system model " H61M-S1" with bios mode " legacy "
I already have cpu " Intel core i7-3770K cpu@ 3.50GHz 3.90GHz
will it be compatible with my motherboard ?

You'll be fine as long as you have a decent psu with at least 300w

well my psu is a model of ATXC-350+CE which gives max load of 350w well that what written on it
so I'm good to change and everything will be cool yeah ?
