Will graphic card fit my computer

Hello, I want to buy a new graphic card but I'm not sure whether or not will it fit my computer. I have motherboard ASRock H55M-GE and processor Intel Core i5 661. At the time I have just an intergrated card, which does not come up to my demands anymore, and I'm thinking of buying 'Gigabyte GeForce GT 640, 2 GB GDDR3, PCI-E (GV-N640OC-2GI)' graphic card. What is important? 7750 is about 40%+ faster than 640..I believe that $10 is definitively worth it.

Thanks for these suggestions, however I don't have a credit card yet and can't buy online... I know very little about computers from a technical perspective, I'm looking for a card that would support semi-professional work on Photoshop as also some newer games (SimCity 2013 for instance). I was looking for some products on sites of the local stores (my max. budget is about 80-90€). Do you think this one would do its job equaly good (and fit my computer): 'Sapphire Radeon HD 7750 1GB DDR5' (seems like a similar model just other producer...)

Unless you have a mini case it should fit without issues. If you do have a mini case you will need a low profile variant of the card.
