I'm going to buy a new gpu for my computer and i thick gt 1030 is cheap enough for me. Current PC is:
Intel Pentium G2020 (2.90 GHz)
gigabyte h61m-ds2 3.0 mainboard
4gb ram ddr3
PSU: omega s600 fan 12 (160V - 280V)
So, will it work well with my computer?

Solution
Technically, yes, it will.

PCIe 3.0 is backwards compatible with 2.0, and since bandwidth doubles with every generation - looking at your processor, which supports 2.0 x16 - that translates into the same bandwidth as 3.0 x8. The GT 1030 uses half that (according to Newegg).

The motherboard supports up to 3.0, so that's not an issue.
