Will GT 740 be enough?

I know it's a not-so-powerful gpu, but i am using a very old cpu, i3 530, so i chose gt 740 so it doesn't get bottlenecked.
i will be playing @ 1366*768 or lower when neccesary.
Will that gpu be enough?

The GT740 will be OK for most gaming. But not for any sort of demanding games. Either will the cpu anyway.

you could go up to a gtx750ti or gtx650ti boost and not be terribly bottlenecked.

Although I am an NVidia fan, I have to admit that in the price range of the GeForce 740 you can get more performance from an AMD offering - Radeon R7 250x. The website you gave a link to sells a Saphire Radeon R7 250x at almost the same price as the GT 740. For the same price you get about 20% more performance with the Radeon 250x, so it's a better deal according to me.

I'm absolutely sure! Don't be fooled by how many GB video memory a video card has. Memory size has nothing to do with performance, this is a pure marketing trick to get the money of people who think the more memory the better. I still cannot believe how many people catch the bait...

Here's one of the reviews that compare Radeon 250X 1GB GDDR5 with a GeForce GT 740 2GB GDDR5. As the review shows the Radeon is noticeably faster in almost all games.

that statement is incorrect. Memory size can impact performance, it is not a marketing gimmick. It does not impact performance so long as your not using more vram than the card has, but as soon as the vram usage goes above the cards vram, it spills into slower system memory, slowing down the whole rendering process as data swaps between gpu>bus>system ram and back again. It will also cause stuttering and poor frame latency. There are many games now that will utillise more than 1gb vram, skyrim, bf3, bf4, crysis 2&3 etc. I wouldnt use a 1gb card for modern games.

well, i will buy the gpu for playing pes 2013, fifa 14, far cry 3 & devil may cry 5.
