Will Gta 5 Run at 60fps on these specs?

I have a dell 7560 laptop and wanted to know can gta 5 run at 60 fps on the specs below :
1--Intel core i7 7th gen
2--16 gb ddr4 ram
3--Nvidia geforce 940 mx 4gb gddr5 graphics memory
4--Windows 10
5--Full HD ips led backlit display.

If yes, please tell me how to confiqure it in the graphic settings... THANKS A TON...

If u mean 60 fps on ultra I don't think so.. maybe if u mix medium with very high settings since GTA V is well optmized. Now regarding ingame settings you should worry about -

* Grass Quality - This is the one with the heaviest impact on performance Best to leave is either at High or Medium
* Shadow Quality
* Scaling Distance
* AA filters such as MSAA or TXAA
* Post Process Quality

try switching these settings between High and Very High or Ultra and see how it works, the rest has minimum impact.
