what is the processor and resolution you're running that game on? If I'd even had to guess, you'd probably need a discrete graphics card for that game

The minimum graphics card requirement for GTA V is gefore 9800GT... which is a pretty poor card. It might run, but your frame rates will be terrible.

it will but with a very poor performance........ u will atleast need nvidia ge force 9800t or radeon hd 4870

MAYBE 20-25 fps on 800x600 lowest settings if it turns out to be a good port. do yourself a favor and buy a legit gpu if you are using a desktop.

Brother I just want a reply that my graphics card is same but my prossesor is 32bits,64x based processor & its of 3ghz

Yes, you can........ its looks like that you have 4gb of ram, intel hd graphics takes memory from ram...... open resolution-goto advanced options and post details of your card here.
