Almost definitely a no. GTA V is a higher tier game on pc, and needs a gpu to run it. You can also check the system requirements below the game on steam for the future.

+1 it calls for 4GB of DRAM and running your on board graphics is going to take away about 1.5GB of the 4 GB - so not enough DRAM, not enough GPU and we don't know CPU

i SAW with my own eyes my friend playing GTA V 800x600 everything normal at 35FPS so yes intel HD WILL WORK

well not exactly, a saw my friend playing on intel HD and at 800x600 everything normal it only used 850MB of VRAM so he might be ok with that 3.2GB of system RAM
