Will gta4 work on my pc

Hello, I was wondering if GTA 4 will work on my pc (laptop)... It has a Mobile AMD Sempron proccessor 3600 2.00 GHz, 1gb ram, and ATI Radon XPress.

• Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8Ghz or equivalent AMD Athlon X2 64 2.4Ghz
• Memory/RAM: 1GB for XP and 1.5GB for Vista

• Hard Disk Space: 16GB free
• Operating System: Windows XP SP3 or Windows Vista SP1

• Operating System: Windows XP SP3 or Windows Vista SP1

No it will not run GTA 4.....Sorry ^
