Will GTX 1050 2GB work perfectly on Gigabyte H61M S2PV motherboard?

Currently my spece is

i3-2100 3.1GHz
8GB DDR3 RAM
Gigabyte H61M S2PV mobo
RX 460 2GB

I want to change my GPU to GTX 1050 2GB. will it work perfectly with my current spece?
Because GTX 1050 is a PCI 3.0 card and I heard there is some issue with H61M S2PV PCI version.

Or should I keep the RX 460 2GB?

According to our site for GPU, the rx 460=gtx1050. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html Usually if you you want to upgrade the GPU you will buy the GPU, which is two tier up one, like gtx1060 or rx470.

keep what you have, save up money for an i5 and a 1060 or rx 580
