Will GTX 1050 ti work with this list?

Hello,

I am new to computer hardware but want to custom build my next desktop. I tried my best to make my list, but please let me know if there is something wrong below:

I want to custom build and will use it primarily for premiere pro, after effects, illustrator, and other creative cloud software. I am not a gamer so this is mostly for online content creation.

Given the shortage of graphic cards right now, I don't want to pay high prices for a GTX 1070 ti or 1080 ti. I am in Canada and most things are on back-order.

Will this graphics card work? Also, is the rest compatible or is this unbalanced?
