Will Gtx 1060 be enough for 1080p for 3years

In a 1080p 60Hz Monitor
Will i get 40Fps+ for 3 years if i turen off some graphics options like MSAA...

The GTX 1060 is really similar to the GTX 980 I believe, and they are really powerful GPUs. 60Hz monitors will the maximum FPS output to be 60Hz on standard settings, unless it can go higher. So the 1060 will most definitely get above 40Fps. Whether or not it will last for 3 years depends on the quality of the card, as some are better than others even if they are the same brand/model. But the higher-end GPUs are definitely high quality, so they will last a good few years if looked after correctly and not strained.

The MSAA settings I am not too sure about, but this setting would most likely be a walk in the park for the 1060, you would still get 40+Fps with it enabled.

Edit: MSAA could affect your FPS levels in games, if that is what you are using it for, but it will be different for different games. So just play around with that setting and see which games can handle it and which games can't. I will be surprised if you have to turn it off in any games, as the 1060 is a really good card.

Yes, as stated above the GTX1060 is a very powerful card and can actually play very well at 1440p with almost maxed setting in many current games. You should be good for the next 3 years @ 1080p and would rarely need to tweak settings in order to get 40+fps.
