Will GTX 1060 both 3Gb n 6Gb run with my spec?

Mobo: MSI Z77A-G43
CPU: i7-3770K @3.50GHz
PSU: Corsair CX500M
RAM: 8Gb
Can i use GTX 1060 with that spec?
