Will GTX 1060 GPU fit this case?!?

I am planning on getting the MSI 1060 Gaming X 6GB very soon.

I have a Logisys CS369 as my case with an MSI 970 gaming motherboard.

The thing is will it fit with my case and motherboard? I am not sure, as it is almost 280mm and my GPU right now is only 190mm, so I have no experience with larger GPUs in my case.

Okay good to know it will work on the motherboard, I used a ruler to measure the length and it mostly fits so hopefully it doesn't fall out or something.

Also, would I need to overclock my FX6300 to play on 768p w/ high-ultra settings or would the stock 3.5Ghz be good?
