Will Gtx 1070 fit in...

Solution
You will probably have to remove the middle drive cages to fit without any real issue, and that is what pcpartpicker is likely referring to when they said "The NZXT Phantom 410 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case supports video cards up to 305mm long, but video cards over 230mm may block drive bays. Since the MSI GeForce GTX 1080 8GB Founders Edition Video Card(1070 is also the same size so I subsituted) is 267mm long, some drive bays may not be usable." (referring to your other post about this question), but they are designed to be removed for this exact reason.

Also, your mobo will be just fine...if there were real compatibility issues, that would mean many people would have to change their mobo just to upgrade their gpu, which I am not aware...
