Yes it will, as it gets older you might have to start lowering in game settings as titles become more demanding.

Maybe at a lower res or lower settings. The rest of your PC is a beast but that video card is the weak link.

Yep, should be fine for 1080p or less. The first setting you'll need to drop is MSAA - with the first batch of next-gen games you'll likely need to settle for FXAA and Ultra settings. Then in a year you'll need to drop to High settings - then Medium in another year.

not at high fps, my i5 4670 and 780gtx barely manage, so il say my rig or better.

GTX 770 is a better card than 660ti but it is really based on resolution and the users demands if it is needed.

I assume you are playing on a 1920x1080 monitor, so you won't need more than 2GB of Graphics RAM in the next few years.
Personally, i would get the Gigabyte Radeon HD 7970 3GB because it is way better than the Nvidia Geforce GTX 770 if you compare the price.
