will gtx 750 ti 4gb run with asrock g41m-vs3 motherboard

hi guys ......I bought new graphic card (gigabyte geforce gtx 750 ti 4g ) and i have asrock g41m-vs3 ddr3 motherboard with q9550 cpu and 8gb ram .........did it work to gether

It should be compatible with you mobo.
