Ram - [8gb ram corsair v]
SMPS - Tagan Stone rock series 500w
Also which graphic card is better Zotac, MSI, or Asus

Solution
The card should have no problems working with the motherboard you have.
Though it`s maximum Pci-e specification is Pci-e 2 version 2.0.

Check though to see what specification in Pci-e standards the 750 Ti graphics card supports.
It should do Pci-e 3.0 and 2.0 spec graphics slots and work fine.

If your asking if the cpu will cause any bottle necks for the 750 Ti card I would say no.
The power and bandwidth, and the total speed of the card and the amount of graphics data in Gbps. it states.

A four core 955 at 3.2 Ghz should run fine with it Akl.
Along with the 8 Gb of system ram you have.

The 500w power supply should also be enough to power the 750 Ti card in the system when you connect the 12v Six pin pci-e power connector to it from your Tagan power supply.

I don`t see any problem with your system as it stands if fitting a 750 Ti graphics card to it aki143.

no issues go with the 750 its older but good cards & nvidia still does upodates for the 700 series if u own it use it i dont go with new gen till the bugs are ironed out the 750 is a good choice from what people trying to say dont use it i recomend using it u wont have an issue keep ur updates upto date u wont have an issue running new games end of the day the recommended game specs are recommended not tru i am using older cards running new gen games as good as any new gen card for price go with it 7 w8 till the next gen cards have the bugs ironed out as will be buggy as rule of thumb wait 6months till u go high spec new gen as i been taught by an it pro

The 750ti as with all GPU's are backward compatible with all PCi-e standards. That's not an issue.

Also no requirement for 6 pin connector. It's powered off the PCI-e bus as the 750ti's Power consumption comes in under 75w.....

Thank you soo much for the response guys, especially to @nebloguy, i was soo into the ps neo and xbox scorpio that i totally forgot that AMD is going to launch a new graphic cards, i think that instaead of going with GTX 750ti i will go with RX 470 if its price is 10000rs, i hope it will be compatible with my motherboard, as soon as it gets launch in 7 days, i will ask you guys once again that if its a good idea to buy that card or not. I have seen some specifications but they are just the rumours, the actual specifications are not revealed i guess. so once again thank you guys will see you in 7 days. u guys are the best (Y)

I will be buying RX470 myself, to replace the old GTX470. Should be quite an update, ~3x speed.
