Brand of PSU, with all it's specifications can be seen on on a side of PSU when you open the case. Important is the quality of PSU and the power it is specified to supply on 12V rails.
As for the GPU- if you plan to change other parts, then I would suggest getting a new generation GPU. AMD has recently released RX460 at similar price like 750Ti, which can be a great choice especially if you planned to get freesync supporting monitor at some point. And nVidia is about to release their new budget graphic cards as well later this month- GTX1050 is expected to cost ~$120 and will probably be as fast as GTX950. You should not worry about putting these into older PCI-e 1.0 motherboards- they will be supported and even PCI-e 1.0 x8 slot is...
GPU would work in the motherboard, but your CPU is most likely too weak for latest demanding games. It still might be a good upgrade, if you know which games you want to play and made research if said games run well on such configuration. Regarding the choice of GPU- now might be a good time to upgrade to used graphic card, like GTX950, GTX960, R7 270, R7 370 or the same GT750Ti. If buying new- RX460 is much faster than 750Ti and often costs the same.
Now, regarding the PSU- it is all about quality, so we would need to know the exact model to know if it is good enough. It is also likely it is as old as the motherboard, and parts in PSUs age.

I don't even know the brand of the PSU, but i can buy a Corsair VS 450w for my rig. and yes i'm going to buy a new GPU as i'm gonna upgrade the whole rig in some time :)
