SSD gives You very fast loading times of everything, games, OS, soft, PC seems very responsive, like You just click and program opens BF4 levels load fast, without it You just wait for minutes... highly recommended, You just need to decide what mostly PC will be used for and choose size of SSD.

I would choose 256 840 series Samsung.

RAM either 2X4 either 2x8 is ok, at the moment i would go with 2x8, cost don't bite, and it won't hurt, also it is future proof.

Choice of second HDD depends mostly on size You need, saw some article where hitachi (was surprised) have lowest fail rate over time, next is western digital, look at these.
Definitely will.

But be more exact about RAM? Do You have only one stick of RAM 8GB? If so then add another 8GB to have dual-channel mode on. Also CPU can be easily OCed, just get a better CPU cooler if budget let's You.

It is nice.

RAM - get 2X8GB if possible, depends on Your wallet, but it can't hurt.
HDD - as it has only 8GB of NAND cache it is not a miracle (because it will only run fast last thing You ran before, and if You run something repeatedly then it is ok).
So if You have 1-3 games installed 256GB SSD for games/system would be perfect. Again it is up to Your wallet. + other HDD for storage.
Get aftermarket CPU cooler, OC CPU then.

Whitecat gave nice example of RAM, just search for 2X8GB
SSD, bea carefull with 128 GB, You will run out of space fast, and will need to keep games on other HDD, so either 128GB for Win+1-2 games + HDD You have picked. Or 256GB for WIN+~6 games, and HDD is for storage only.
Cooler - don't start with liquid for Your first build, get good air cooler, it is fine for CPU You chose, and You won't go extreme OC.

if you are planning on gaming 8GB of Ram is fine, The card will definitely fun well with the i5-4670k. The only thing i would add is an ssd. Something like a 250gb Crucial M500, then store all your games on the 2tb Seagate

Once you've gone ssd, there's no going back. It takes seconds to boot windows, transferring files is extremely quick, Loading maps in bf4 takes seconds.

To be clear: on SSD You will have system win 8.1 (BF4 is Win 8.1 recommended) lets'say about 20-40GB + games + essential soft installations, BF4 as i remember about 30GB + expansions when they out.

So what You need second HDD is keep Your data, photos, video, stuff, i don't know.. If you don't have much You don't need second HDD :)

If You need it could be WD Black 3.5'' 2TB SATA3 7200RPM 64MB or one TB or even less. it's up to You.

UPD: SSD should always have some free space, more than 20%, because they run internal optimizations on the fly. SO dont keep it overloaded.
