Probably not, those hp have a slim desktop case and even if the GPU fits, there will be no room for a proper PSU to go along with it.

But I agree with the above, being a slim desktop case it probably wont fit most GPUs

Like I said above, it might fit your GPU but you have to pay attention if it also fits a proper PSU unless you have a good one already.

Best way to check if it will fit is to just come with a ruler or measuring tape and start measuring the inside of the case with the GPU's Dimensions.
At least thats what I did 😛

No it does not need PCI-E 3.0, 2.0 will be fine.
